This has been one of the busiest summers ever at Queenscliff Golf Club — averaging 250+ golfers a day through December and early January.

Add heat.
Wind.
Minimal rain.
Limited fairway irrigation.

That’s a serious test.

Jake and the crew have been manually keeping the green tinge alive, fixing irrigation issues on the fly and repairing surfaces between groups.

And the review says it all:

“Excellent course in good condition despite the lack of rain.”

That doesn’t happen by accident.
